Refund & Credit Policy
Last updated: now
What you're paying for
Your submission fee pays for a real curator to personally review your track — not for a guaranteed placement. A completed review (an accept or a decline, with feedback) within our review window is a fulfilled service, whether or not the curator says yes.
The 96-hour review window
Every submission is reviewed within 96 hours (4 days) of your payment being confirmed.
If we miss the window
If a curator has not responded to your submission within 96 hours, you automatically receive a Playlistd credit equal to the fee you paid.
What a credit is
- Credits can be used to resubmit your track to any other curator or playlist on Playlistd — you're not limited to the one that missed the window.
- Credits never expire.
- Credits are tied to the email address the original submission was made under and are not transferable to another person or email.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment — they're strictly for resubmission on Playlistd.
What isn't covered
The following do not qualify for a refund or credit:
- A curator declining your track — a decline delivered within the review window is a completed, valid review.
- An incorrect, broken, or private track link provided at submission.
- Dissatisfaction with stream counts, playlist performance, or visibility after a successful placement — as explained in our Terms of Service, we can't guarantee outcomes like these.
Questions or disputes
If you believe you're owed a credit and haven't received one, or have any other question about this policy, email contact@playlistd.online with your submission details.
